The Mayor's Theme is sponsored by Prestatyn Town Council and is awarded for the best entry in the carnival day parade depicting the theme chosen by the Mayor of Prestatyn. Last year's theme, chosen by Cllr. Anne Horobin MBE (Mayor 2008-2009) was STARS OF STAGE AND SCREEN.
